BMG are experts in planning and managing systems design and development, particularly for e-business environments within a PRINCE2/DSDM framework, ensuring an iterative delivery process which incorporates design changes quickly and in a controlled manner. We undertake bespoke design and development assignments, as well as customisation of packaged software.
In order to meet business requirements for interoperability, our clients increasingly require architectural support in the integration of legacy environments with new, web-enabled front-ends and any middleware as appropriate. We have considerable experience in ensuring our clients are able to realise the benefits of interoperability including developing functional and technical architecture definitions that cover hardware, software and available components.
