Healthcare Commission
BMG consultants managed the delivery of several assessment projects, responsible for the successful delivery of the several technical components including a portal and data collection platform accessed by all NHS trusts. We used a combination of internal and external project staff, consultants and vendors to achieve the agreed objectives.
Hampshire County Council
BMG were engaged to undertake two key projects:
- Contact management - BMG devised and implemented an overall CRM strategy for the council: technology requirement; BPR; business case; standards; staffing and resources.
- Web – We were responsible for the technical implementation of a web content management system using the Prince 2 methodology, deployed across all council departments.
